Mr.Shah has appeared as an Advocate in Supreme Court of India and Various High Courts; advised and formulated business and litigation strategies for domestic and multinational companies; Provided Legal Opinions to foreign Companies like APM Terminals Ltd and International Finance Corporation (IFC). He has over 17 years experience in Transactional law, researching law and as Counsel in Courts and Commercial Arbitration’s.
